Some residents of the Sweet Farms subdivision said they moved to the peaceful area several years ago because they wanted to live close enough to be near the big city, yet far enough away for solitude, country living and clear, dark, starry nights.
So when they first heard about the proposed zoning for a water park a stone's throw from their neighborhood, they collectively raised concerns.
