Here’s how it works…
* Get Acquainted… This is where we will sit down face to face so we can best understand what you are looking for in your new home. We will determine a time frame to find your home, a general location or area that you are interested in, and the type of home and price range that’s right for you.
* Finding your home… Once we fully understand your needs we will do a comprehensive search to find the homes that best suit your needs. We will provide you with copies/emails of the MLS ( Multiple Listing Service) to provide you with information on the properties that meet your criteria. Once you have narrowed down your selection, we will conduct property tours with you and aid you in finding the home that best suits your desires.
* Information Packet… Upon making the final selection of your home, I as your Buyer’s Agent will provide you with a packet of information I fell necessary to help you make your final decision. This packet will include information on local schools and their rating, property taxes, area attractions and community amenities that may be of interest to you.
* Negotiating… We will negotiate your position to the best of our ability to ensure that your interests are protected and enable you to secure the best deal possible. Once an offer is agreed on by both parties we will help you to procure the sale. We will make sure you are aware of all deadlines and walk you through the process to complete your end of the agreement. Remember, we are with you until the end!
* Bonus, Bonus, Bonus… As a bonus to you the buyer, we will rebate a percentage of the commission the seller has agreed to pay us as your Buyer’s Agent. The amount depends on the time it takes to find your new home but hey, a Bonus is a Bonus.
